Founder
Kate’s lived in Somerset for over 30 years raising three children and owning a number of businesses. She served on the Local Council becoming Deputy Leader responsible for finance. In 2017 she decided to train as a mortgage advisor and use her talents in a new field. “I absolutely love my new career, which combines my financial skills with a passion for meeting and helping people”
She occasionally escapes from the office in her Campervan, Wilma. Whilst at home, she is never happier than cooking for friends and family and tending to her ever-increasing number of plants.

Founder
Sidonie grew up in Somerset and after a brief spell in London, she relocated and now lives very happily in Bristol. She worked in property lettings and sales, developing an interest and broad knowledge of the industry.
Qualifying as a mortgage advisor in 2020 Sidonie has a talent for research and problem solving. “I love the involvement I have with my clients at such an important time in their lives, especially First Time Buyers- I get as invested as they do!”
An early morning run or Gym session ensures that she is raring to go for a day in the office. A keen football and formula 1 fan, she may be known to sneak off for a match or two!
